Dr. Hooman Movassagh is the co-founder and managing partner of Dragoman PLLC. He is a member of the Washington D.C. Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the American Translators Association.

He has LLM and PhD degrees in international law and also holds a Master of Laws degree from The George Washington University Law School. He has received multiple professional and academic awards. He is also a Visiting Scholar at the George Washington University Law School.
He has native fluency in English and Persian, and has basic fluency and limited professional proficiency in Arabic.

Leili Monfared is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Dragoman PLLC.
She has a legal background with a LLM from the University of Virginia School of Law. She has extensive background in project management on complex legal and international issues and has worked with numerous national and international organizations in the Washington D.C. area.
She is fully proficient in English and has native fluency in Persian. She loves Yoga, reading, and enjoys long walks in nature.

Abbas Amiri is a Legal Associate at Dragoman PLLC.
He is a legal professional with over ten years of experience in litigation and regulatory compliance. He has an LL.M. in Business and Financial Law from The George Washington University Law School. He is skilled in legal technology, fluent in English and Persian, and licensed to practice law by the Iran Central Bar Association.

Jordan Jones, Esq., J.D., LLM is an attorney specializing in U.S. immigration, international, comparative, and human rights law.
Licensed in Washington, D.C., she is Of-Counsel with Dragoman PLLC. She is the Co-founder and President of the Humanitarian Legal Assistance Project - a nonprofit corporation providing legal assistance to Afghan refugees left behind in Afghanistan and third country refugee camps. She is also an instrumental member of the American Bar Association’s Afghan Response Project international team and has helped build an international legal pro bono clinic with the ABA. Through her efforts helping Afghans, she has provided legal assistance to over 1,500 Afghans, traveled to the refugee camps in UAE twice and the refugee camp in Shengjin, Albania.
She graduated in the top 25% of her class with a Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law, with a certificate in International and Comparative Law. Additionally she received an LLM in International and Comparative Law with a Specialization in Human Rights from the George Washington University Law School.
